We hope you love your Honey Botanics products, but if for any reason you’re not loving your products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email: with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer service team will assist you.


Can I return a product if I have already opened it?

Yes, as long as you have used less than 1/4 of the product, we will happily accept your return. You can return the item in store or mail it back to us. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If any item is destroyed or damaged when you receive your order. Email: with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

My package arrived without a return slip? What do I do?

Our package do not include return slip. Email: with your order number and we will gladly assist you with your return.

How are refunds processed?

We will process your refund once we receive your return package. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment. Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 5 – 10 business days.
